At Shape, my main focus is to teach the traditional Pilates principles in a modernised form. From my private reformer classes, group wellness workshops, Retreats or my online platform, my sessions highly focus on posture, alignment, muscular endurance and achieving results.
The mind-body connection in Pilates allows us to engage all muscles and focus on strengthening the body throughout a series of exercises. Each movement is controlled following the six main Pilates Principles; concentration, control, centering, precision, breath & flow.
My private studio in Billericay Essex is available for private or double sessions for either reformer or mat Pilates. I currently have a waiting list for my weekly class availability so please get in touch to be added to the list.
