All of my workshops are tailored to all levels and abilities focusing on core strength, muscular endurance and the traditional Pilates principles.

  • Restore Reflect Recharge

    Join myself and Tillie from The Well Project and invest in yourself for an evening of balance, personal growth and well-being. “Restore Reflect, Recharge” is an evening which we have designed to rejuvenate your mind body and spirit through a harmonious blend of Pilates, Goal setting and Sound meditation.

    Whether you’re seeking physical wellness, mental clarity or a moment to reset, this event offers an holistic approach to enhance your wellbeing.

    Mindful Pilates practice: Begin the evening with a mindful Pilates session with Lucy focusing on mobility and core connection. This session will build strength and recharge your mind body connection.

    Goal setting workshop: Reflect on your personal, wellbeing and fitness goals as Tillie guides you through a workshop providing you with tools to achieve and set achievable and meaningful goals.

    Meditation and Sound bath: Finish the evening with a peaceful meditation session and soothing sound bath with Tillie. Allow the sounds to take you to a deep relaxation and restore inner peace.
